Unfortunately had to come here and change my review to 3 stars - after our first time there, the amount of meat became less and less. If you pay money for extra meat the portions are still tiny…!
Nice place. I had the vermicelli noodles with vegetables, grilled pork and spring roll. It was a generous portion overall. The pork and spring roll was ok. It was surprisingly busy for a Tues., parking filled up, but there was lots available on the street.
A pleasant establishment with great authentic Vietnamese food frequented by people from the Asian continent (which to any non-Asian often means, the food must be good!). We were pleased all together. The atmosphere and decor felt authentic to its roots. The food was delicious, made of fresh ingredients and, best of all, very tasty. My wife tried the Pho (soup) and she was delighted, very hearty. I tried the ribs over rice, yum! Our 6yo tried the combo spring rolls, and loved them. And for dessert we tried the red bean ice; which after having travelled to Taiwan once, I felt was very refreshing and delightful. The waiters were very courteous, attentive and helpful. The prices were well placed, not too high and not too low. Overall, I think this is one of the most authentic and best Vietnamese restaurants in the Beaverton area.
Parking first: The lot was full when we came in and you should not try to squeeze your big ass SUV into a little spot. Drive through the parking lot and you should find plenty of parking on the street that runs along the backside of the place. The pho was delicious here and the service was fast and efficient. And the are not stingy with the grizzle which is the best part of the pho. From our seats, I could see inside the kitchen though and they should clean the floor back there more often but looks like the workers have adapted to the slip and slide.
The young coconut drink, more please! Good vegan pho and service was very attentive! Thank you!
